i just logged in, can someone englighten me as to what has happened in the last 12 hours, has the Kiruna municipality downed tools on delivering the plans for the mine, as was threatened sometime in the past. So Talga has recently, because they had wind of this action, asked the central government to override the municipality and ordered the plans to be drawn up? Is that where things are?
