that's old news, directors (including those associated with PUDU) had lended money to the company, they eventually converted that debt into shares back in 2014 I think.
The Wang Gang accumulated shares because Aussies sold their shares off over time, the Chinese elite see value in business assets... there was a time when this company was predominantly Australian.
