CCC are safer if you dont know what you are doing. There is no trouble there, its safer with no timeframes, more liquidity.

If you know what you are doing, CCCO offer more upside.

I personally am a 1/3 split ccc/ccco. I hold CCC simply cos I took part in the RI cap raising and there is no point for me to sell, take a CGT hit then buy options.

Other reason to hold some heads is you get any future offers such as future cap raisings for future funding.
