A $80 billion fund only needs to make a little above the norm, by "clipping the ticket" you do not incerase the fund value by 50% in 4 months as Merchant have done with their Biotech fund.
Again, what might be a no brainer for you- you first have to be given the chance to get these allotments-- which I think will never knowingling go the way of a trader.
