There will be no vote at this years AGM regarding the offtake deal ! These things do not happen in a month or two.... but you would already know that wouldn't you LOL....
There will also be no need for a vote at this years AGM regarding the placement, 15M shares at 75+ will raise the $10 M that has been indicated that they may need, this is under the 15% rule so no need for a vote...
