Hey Barewire, you seem to understand what your talking about so can i ask you a question ?
Mgmt paid themselves a generous $150,000 bonus in 2021 which i can only see was a reward for Sale of Neuva Esperanza to TDG gold.
The shareprice plunged from $2.30 the day the sale fell through, SALE CANCELLED.
The shareprice then continued to plunge -50% to $1.13 because they hadn't organised backup financing and we were desperate limbo land..
So my question is should the Bonus have been returned since it was paid as a reward for a promise that never happened ?
Should 50% of the $250,000 bonuses for only half re-opening in 2023 be repaid since it's know a year later and plant #2 is already 6 months overdue ?
