I have been running an n=1, non randomised, 90ml daily single dose of single malt for the past 7 years.
inconsistent data so far, considering increasing dosage to 180ml daily, possible also evolving into n=2+.
Fingers crossed Merck or similar keen to sponsor the expansion.
