With 150m to be raised potentially here by equity sale...if raised at around current SP...that gives us around 170 million extra shares on issue...
Add that to the 930 million now, we end up around 1.1 billion SOI. If we make it to their valuation of $1.6 SP...thats a 1.8 billion dollar company.
So...I hoe something pushes the company value before they raise, so we end up with less dilution.
It's late at night. I hope I haven't buggered that up. Just roughly doing some numbers.
