I think you just answered your own question,they were elected by shareholders and paid by shareholders to do all the things you are asking Shareholders to now advise them ,it is obvious that communication has never been one of their strong points what makes you think that they will engage now ??
The time has come to get rid of these freeloaders their interest and capabilities is far from progressing this company A CHANGE should be on all shareholders minds
