    FDA approval to phase 3, minimum for a deal. Never seen a p2''er get funded on the asx. Have seen it on overseas.

    peer review was what one of the other posters said was holding this up. Not sure entirely, if a peer reviewed is required. Have seen them on other bios on asx before.
