Completely seperate businesses, DMP has an agreement under DPZ to trade in their approved countries and trades in its own right under the ASX.. There's no revenue or profit tie in to the two other than the Royalty and odd license agreement etc .. DPZ is the Master Franchisee that owns all the rights to the name and brand etc.. and whilst gets a Royalty from DMP, thats about the only tie the two have.

Background
Domino's Pizza IP Holder LLC has granted Domino's Pizza International Franchising, Inc.
("DPIF") the right to grant franchises for Domino's Pizza Stores, including the right to license
and use of the Domino's System intellectual property outside of the United States of America.
A list of the Marks relevant to operation of Domino's Pizza Stores in Australia and New
