I know for applications that involve government approval in Australia we have a lot of regulatory guidance on what the process involves specifically (for example in this case a public hearing)
I wonder if such a document is available from the Salta Province, or at least more widely Argentina, that can be translated to English.
I wonder what those residual bureaucratic requirements are that Jerko mentioned...
