Why would BRN need a signed deal with Qualcomm? Qualcomm has one with Prophesee who is providing a product they have designed that just happens to have BRN IP?
This is why BRN are offering IP now instead of chips, so that their clients/partners can take the IP forward as part of their own products and make their own partnerships and sales. BRN should just receive royalty payments from Prophesee.
