If a public debate for submissions regarding the issuance of permits was required would knowing about this before the meeting of put us in a better position? The hearing was required as a step in the process, it was passed, so the permits are closer to being signed off. So we are not in the same position as before the hearing, we still had to pass this hurdle. Did everyone assume the environmental approval was just a signature away, bold statement there!
