I understand your quandary, but there's 1 very simple fact that you must be mindful of:

The current board, apart from 1 independent director (who was sourced by the current board!) is related to the major shareholder Genius. Genius is vending in childcare centres at a price it negotiates with MFD directors (that are related to Genius!), regardless of how good or bad those centres are! It sold another centre into MFD recently.

Its already been stated that 3 Genius childcare centres are to be sold due to non-performance!

That arrangement is a conflict of interest, and will result in MFD always being on the losing side. No dividend was paid recently, and that is likely to continue if current board remain!

Get rid of the Genius influence if you are not related to Genius IMO.
