Gee, the long anticipated, long awaited Govt handout finally arrives…and the SP deflates as more long-suffering SH desert the ship. They bail because they realise that ADO has to spend money (which they don’t have) and achieve milestones in order to receive the grant.
A CR looms ever closer, IMO. The last CR went down like a lead balloon, so how will the next one fare?
