What you'll find is that the current sp won't run up too far away from the current offer on the table
Downside risk still exists, offers are almost always conditional
Even though I think this will end up going for $2.00+ the sp will only trade at about 5% above any current offer
When we see circa $1.80 from Xinjang, then sp will trade circa $1.90
Then we wait for NHC revised offer, at say $2.00, sp will trade at $2.10
etc etc
