It does say opt-out, may not be mandatory but the way I read it if you do not opt-out your shares are gone.
Eligible Shareholders are able to opt-out of the Buy-Back by givingwritten notice to the Company of their desire to be exempted from the Buy-Back by 5:00pm(AEST) on 9 May 2024.
Eligible Shareholders whowish to retain their shares must complete and return a share retention form to the Company by5:00pm AEST on 9 May 2024
