It shows national interests, so it isn't surprising that Turkey will not sacrifice her economy for a group of people it cannot 'make money from physically'. Only when the push to vigorous shoving comes from her citizens that threatens the Govt will there be a real reaction. Israel knows this hence she is murdering with impunity and her neighbors are just managing the politics so that it doesn't get out of hand.
Reality usually trumps humanity which the Collective West are great at propagandizing when it suits. This is what I am trying to get at. Meanwhile, the modus operandi here is not as high risk as what is happening in Ukraine with Napolean Macaroni trying to insert 'tripwire' French forces in Romania hoping to break the reluctance from other members of NATO and attempting to play a game of chicken with Putin.
