I think any company that announces anything, within the period of raising capital, should be made to state the current capital structure, and the pro forma structure if all its CR is taken up.
In this case, horrendous trap. As it is a potential 12-1 dilution, a magnitude error in perception.
NEVER NEVER have i seen that before. Not Ever, and especially not following a 15-1 consolidation.
Off the planet crazy in control of the registry. imo.
People always should check if there is a CR in play before leaping.
