    2nd April is not the deadline for the vote. Its the deadline for nominations for new directors.

    The vote on the resolutions won't open till mid April when the AGM docs are released.

    I would suspect the rushed 2nd April deadline is to block any protest vote back new director nominations.

    IMO it still won't save Trent and the team from eventually being pushed out.
