Mate you cherry-picked a random copper mine to prove a point that approvals in Salta take years, but I showed you that Salta have approved EIA's for larger lithium operations in a third of the time it has taken AGY. You don't have a leg to stand on here.
I will agree with you though that the expansion approval is largely irrelevant. There's not much point worrying about expansions when you're producing at 2% of current nameplate, are running out of cash and don't have a funding arrangement in place to commence the expansion, even if they wanted to.
