A passionate post that should not have to be written in the first place unfortunately Wayne. And as some of the above posters have replied on the continuing lack of response from the company, I think your intentions will be invane.
It is without doubt that a finger is kept on the pulse by someone at the glue factory as to the musings on these threads, albeit even if it is just for a laugh.
