Digging into these two business, I dont see how intelligentvoice.com.au and CANARD.COM.AU are legitmate business. If they are, for a tech business its pretty poor.
This is just a drill down on their website and information associated to it from registration to contents.

• Sites has no certificate too it which screams scam now days on both sites.
• The interesting thing here is the contents in the SFAO for Canard and Intelligentvoice is EXACTLY the same other then the date. The price on the ADSL service is the same at 121 even though its 3 years apart.

• Using the http://canard.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/CANARD-SFOA.pdf as a reference, its been broken since 2022
• The person who register CANARD.COM.AU might also be working at dubber who not one of the founders based off Linkedin post.

• And here I have always dispised Zoom information collection.
• Business could be 1300 My Solution rebranded as the register domain information is.

• Checking history of this page, even in 2022 you would still see the website copyright date is 2016.

• For a 1300 service with call recording, why does the stardard form agreement refer to ASDL, ISDN lines and all other services that they dont provided and nothing about the call recording.
• The report states that the business is associated with Mr Steve McGovern.
• It seems that James is also connected as he is the primary contact for the domain.
