Believe there wont be too much coming from His worship till nearer christmas,, certainly some "legal" minds of that opinion...Now i agree thet even tomorrow is nearer to christmas, But belief is that we are still some way from a judgemnt, Giving parties plenty of time to compromise a settlement....Chm back in court today defending appeal by ILP...Reasonably certain nothing happening till this sorted out....We wait with baited breath...
