Silex should require less feedstock than you suggested for making LEU. My understanding is that Silex has very low tails assays, maybe closer to 0.05%
Scaggs yes the price of SWU has ramped up dramatically. The 6 million SWU plant in the presentation will created close to $1 billion USD revenue. That is only a part of the Paducah Laser Enrichment Facility
