    Listened to an Ian Cassel (Founder Intelligent Fanatics & MicroCap Club fame) interview today.

    What is one of his biggest red flags?

    "Related Party Transactions......weird things with real estate.....they are padding their pockets three different ways from the public entity"

    Sounds familiar to NOU holders, except not just real estate here and not just three ways, probably more like five ways here.
