the point is avz is out if it’s league. This asset will not get mined and they will drag the case. Now lithium sentiment is down. Let’s assume avz is approached for a takeover - at what price are holders happy after being forced to sit on the sidelines for a lengthy period.

Listen up troll, holders have been here years listening to the facts, don’t you think we know what they are ?

If you have good legal title and law on your side the term “being out of its league” doesn’t mean anything.

If there is a takeover offer worthy off announcing I’m sure management will let shareholders know, as for stating “this

asset will not get mined” is an opinion not a fact.
