Too much low content and spamming flooding the forum.

A limit on posts per day would hopefully force posters to be a bit more thoughtful and considered in what they post.

Doesn't have to be a limit of 10, but there does need to be a limit.

Repeat offenders breaching the limit should get increasing penalties of forced hiatus.

Just putting this out there for others to consider.
