Looking again at the strategy page on the AVL website it seems to be being fairly prosaic about the current poor prices and even sees itself as operating as an acquirer rather than a victim of some other acquirer…

Neometals Barrambie site seems the most logical mining acquisition ….
And I guess if it wants to finalise offtake arrangements it could follow the same formula as it did with that MoU with US vanadium and go for “commercially reasonable” prices that are dated to come into being when AVL is in production and ready to sell (possibly October 2026 when USV’s current supply contract with that Indian company runs out?).
