If BNL...did a Capital Raising to raise US$15M or $20M AUD too build only1 plant then having to run gas supply pipes for many kilometres , it would initially cost more, and BNL would have to Diluted All BNL shareholders holdings by having 4BILLION shares on issue after also needing to Capital Raising for more funds like drilling and piping to connect All BNL'S leases to the plant and more approvals for pipe installations , and management team and qualified operators to run the plant and maintenance on the plant.
I Believe Trent and the team have got this one 100% right,
The Voyager mortgage agreements with IACX, Includes experienced managing the day to day running, operations, processing , production and truck trailer Filling of 99.9% Helium gas and all maintenance on the plant.
So this is a big weight off BNL'S shoulders and shareholders , to know you are with an experienced Helium production team which is an insensitive geared too production of as much Helium gas mcf / day posible which in turn increases IACX and BNL end line revenue income...lol
The $5M (as you say) in production cost won't matter in the grand over all revenue streams, either way there are costs involved with any production of minerals and oil and gas companies.
