Firstly, I like to point out that management refer to dividends as part of the return of capital!
Like I said, management have the discretion how to deal with the artificial increase in EPS.
I can’t find any adjustment towards the remuneration to the CEO and other executives.
You to seem to avoid giving an explanation to BlingSter on the advantages or disadvantages of buybacks.
What is the aim of the buyback?, page-79
