My recollection is from that time when MG was earning about $1M a year, (when that was a great deal), and wasted years on projects that did not advance our primary technology one bit. I asked why no one used our ground breaking technology and was told that the market was such that less efficient technologies could cope. The truth was that ours wasn't even ready, and the events of the last few years have shown. He might have learnt as you say. I hope so. The only person on the BoD who appears to have business smarts is Christopher Wilks. all IMHO
