    You would have to wonder why quantum would be hiring a manager for a mine that is supposedly owned by Bez wouldnt you???? greeat digging thebard but this seems to raise more concerns doesnt it? As in do quantum somehow think they will end up owning and mining this resource? This is so complex and unclear.
