Yes @Oldfolk my point exactly.
I believe management have unduly been dragged over the coals by a select few posters on HC when indeed it is the beaurocracy with which we are complying, that has caused the biggest delays. Yes, management are ultimately responsible for the company hence management must wear the criticism from disgruntled shareholders. IMO they are doing their best whilst not being disrespectful towards those who make the ultimate decisions and set the timelines, in the jurisdiction in which we operate.
