Your missing the point.The market cap of CRML is approx $US900m. So that's $A1.3b as an investment in EUR books. The balance sheet will look fantastic.EUR now can use the investment in many ways. Buy assets using the CRML shares, get a very cheap debt facility using CRML shares as security. EUR can also sell some CRML shares to US investors who are now buying CRML on the NASDAQ as high as $US13 recently.Secondly Wolfsberg was going to be very hard to finance listed on ASX with a mkt cap of $A110m. Now on Nasdaq with a mkt cap of $US900m project finance will be much easier.A very smart move listing in the US.The ASX will catch up eventually.
