1st step is to work out the free float, i.e remove from the calculation any shares held by executives, staff schemes, associated people and companies.
So take out the Prof and best guess without digging too deep Gregory George as well.
Cursory glance and best guess 900m shares for free float purposes.
To get in you need mkt cap of $1.8b+ atm so not worth thinking too much about it until we hit $2
Haven't checked about how ADR's are treated so that may be a further restriction.
It works on a volume weighted rolling 6 months so not going to be this year .......and having seen this game played a couple of times in the past with MSB there will not be many insto's that will touch them prior to inclusion......once bitten twice shy kind of thing.
