He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Did you hear about the Flood story, where only 8 received him, hmmm I wonder if you heard about that.

Like Jesus would say, have you read the scriptures where is says the likes of, what was will be again, there is nothing new under the sun.
