Had a quick re-read. ADR's ok. Liquidity never going to be an issue.
6 month rolling average has to average $1.8b+ volume weighted.
Need a good 3 months of big numbers to counteract even a market cap of $1b. Thats even getting back towards my b/e and I have 6 or 7 times what I used to own!
Not saying its not possible. Just unlikely to be this year, and re the instos, no upside for them owning early. Most will wait. Makes the trustee meetings more palatable.
