First time that I have read the official numbers from someone in ARU, $950m capex and around $375m opex.
Official numbers coming through at last will stop the media/analysts guesses away. Time line still on track for 2013, but would think towards the end if construction only starts mid 2012.
Next step is to see how they handle getting the cash.
5 years payback on low end numbers seems very appealing on such a big project.
