The powers that be behind the IRA could subsidise/match funds Graphite imports from trade friendly nations - at least initially, to support the nascent home grown US electric Vehicle industry.
This is a long term game. The Chinese have the lead by a considerable margin but the US will not let them win.
No graphite, no Anode, no battery, no
made in America EV.…
