Thanks CL27. This clarifies an earlier poster who came to the same conclusion which I did not understand. Our trust bought another 24000 vms this week believing we may only receive a few shares and we wanted a further 24000 to bring our holding up to 100000. I agree with your sentiment and trust that the smaller holders have sufficient numbers to force a takeover of the spp subscriptions. We will be against the underwriters and their customers (who are also holders) set to receive the spp offer. Hope every other shareholder is aware of what is happening and they vote!
