Apologies - Yes, 6.5% of currently issued shares but is hardly sigificantly dilutive as some posters are implying when discussing a possible CR.
However, if the share price continues to rise before and if, a private plavement is made to raise $22 million, then less that 12 million shares will need to be placed.
So, if 12 milion new shares are issued at the current share price of $1.84 then the number of shares will increase for 184 million to 196 million.
