even if they raise at $1.40 still a great deal for the company.
Currently has a very generous valuation for such an early stage project, hopefully they raise a large amount and hopefully no or little options.
Definitely got lucky with the share price run before needing to cap raise, imagine how many more shares they would need to issue if the sp was at $1 instead of $1.8.
