As far as I'm concerned Locke is almost irrelevant b/c if we secure funding from other sources (Cominiere - fines, CATH, etc) then we have no need for a funding facility 2-3 months down the track. Yes, we can utilise it to ensure we have maximum funds but out future is now really dependent on other finance sources & not Locke. For all we know, the company could be negotiating with Cominiere for part payment of fines in exchange for forgiving the remaining & future fines.
