This deal worries me a little.
what products did we get out of it?
how will this synergize with our current business?
how will this improve our profitability?
seems like an expansion when we're trying to tighten the ship.
lack of transparency is the issue for me.
could be a transformational deal, there's just nothing to analyse in the Ann's.
