I could not disagree more for 1 simple reason.
The current agreement is the best O&G agreement in favour of IVZ on the planet.
I have said this about a million times and SM reaffirmed it in this fireside chat.
The only winner from the PPSA IS THE GOVERNMENT of Zimbabwe so I really do not understand what your point is other than the usual anti Zanu PF waffle.
From memory 2% royalty on gas and zero on oil. I hope the Gov don't sign.
