Another concern I have is that, in a field where advancements are almost a daily occurrence, how long can you remain ahead of the field? The longer it takes to get commercial agreements, the greater the chances of being trumped.
ADO ideally needs products included in a design freeze scenario to insulate them from such an occurrence.
