its a very serious issue albo.

yet free market forces dictate that Govt should avoid any involvement as the market adapts to the new reality.

Cash has become obsolete..,.. except for those who want to do cash in hand business with customers and avoid paying taxes.

my own view is that cash should remain currency until there is 0% use of cash. elderly, disabled, unemployed, buskers and street artists will suffer and should not need to get an Eftpos tech.

but the market will decide regardless of my opinion.
