Good question. A 5.83% fall in the share price on no news/announcements is a concern. Closing on its lows not a good sign.
You make an interesting observation on the special crossing. Todays volume (2,135,520) was well above daily average (879,407). Cross trades made up 26% of today's volume.
I have no idea what or who is behind today's trading activity. Most recent insider trading was by Washington Soul Pattinson 29 Jan who sold down 5% of their holding @ $1.20.
